Week 1: Punch Strikes / Punch Blocking /  Knee Strikes 

 Week 2: Elbow strikes / 360 Outside Defense

Week 2: Defense Against Chokes / Kicking Basics

Week 3: Ground fighting Basics / Basic Ground Fighting Controls

Week 3: Inside Defense / Wall escapes / Break falls

Week 4: Circuit Training Week / Multi Attacker Scenarios 

Week 4: Knife and Weapons Takeaways / Concealed Weapons Defense

How to maximum this course?

  1. Bring a friend, or two! Bringing friends and family to train together allows you to get the full hands-on experience and you’ll be able to practice together outside of class as well.

  2. Don’t Miss A Class- You have 2 class options weekly you can attend depending on your schedule that week.

  3. Be Prepared- Self-Defense is used at work or on the street, so we practice in regular clothes. Just be prepared to move freely and bring your own water bottle and towel.
