How to maximum this course?

Bring a friend, or two! Bringing friends and family to train together allows you to get the full hands-on experience and you’ll be able to practice together outside of class as well.

Don’t Miss A Class- You have 2 class options weekly you can attend depending on your schedule that week.

Be Prepared- Self-Defense is used at work or on the street, so we practice in regular clothes. Just be prepared to move freely and bring your own water bottle and towel.
