Maryland Wear & Carry Renewal Course Requirements
The Maryland Wear & Carry Permit renewal course is required every renewal cycle and includes classroom instruction and a live-fire qualification as mandated by the Maryland State Police.

Review of Maryland firearm and self-defense laws
Use of force legal updates
Safe carry practices and responsibilities
